JAIBB and AIBB examinations are held twice a year—once in May/June and once in late November/December. Results are usually published within three (3) months.
The Enrollment Number is the number issued at the time of first registration. Examinees must use this number for all examinations.

All books published by IBB are available free of charge on the IBB E-Learning Portal: http://www.learningportal.ibb.org.bd/. Please note that IBB does not sell printed books.
Log in to your IBB profile via the “Sign In” option. Once logged in, you will find the relevant application options within your profile dashboard.
The Provisional Certificate may take up to 21 working days to be processed. Once ready, IBB publishes the roll number list on the Notice Board of its official website under the heading “Ready Certificate List”.
Examinees are required to collect their certificates and marksheets directly from the IBB Office. If unable to do so in person, they may authorize a representative by providing a duly signed authorization letter.
To apply for an Original or Duplicate Certificate, a written application is required along with a bank draft of the applicable fee.
- Original Certificate: Attach the original Provisional Certificate.
- Duplicate Certificate: Attach a copy of the General Diary (GD).
The completed application and all required documents should be submitted to the IBB office.
If an examinee has lost their Provisional Certificate, they must apply for a Duplicate Certificate through the proper procedure.
Two types are issued:
- Single Marksheet: marks obtained in the subjects of a single exam year only.
- Academic Transcript: after passing all subjects, examinees may apply for a part-wise Academic Transcript covering marks of all passed subjects across different sessions.
To retrieve a forgotten Enrollment Number, examinees must send an email including their full name, father’s name, bank name, and current mobile number.
Examinees may retrieve their password by using the “Forgot Password” option available on the website’s Sign In page.
Examinees may apply for Old Record to retrieve information on previously passed subjects by logging in to their IBB profile. Once applied, you may collect it directly from the IBB office.
To request a correction of the name or father’s name, the examinee must submit a written application along with a copy of their SSC or HSC certificate.
To request a correction of the bank name in the exam application, the examinee must submit a written application along with an Employment Certificate as supporting documentation.
No, there is no fee required for these services.
Yes. Examinees who fail to obtain the minimum pass marks may submit an online application for answer script scrutiny.
